Rice Krispies

This public service announcement brought to you by our recent trip to the pediatrition.  When the doctor says you are going to start your baby on rice cereal, make sure you know which one they mean.

Justin is off to Iowa for a boys trip and some football.  Riley and I are home, and he is sick, so it will be a low key weekend for us.  I will post some pictures of him in his Halloween costume once I can get him in it.  For right now, here are some recent pictures of him.

BEARS!

The Fords were out in force for the opening day of Bears football.  We all headed over to the Grotto where the guys were roasting an entire lamb on a spit.  They went through at least 6 bags of charcoal, but the results were delicious.

Riley got his first victory in his Jay Cuttler jersey and continues to sport a wining record.  Every day the Bears play the jersey is out - unfortunately he will probably outgrow the jersey before the season is actually over...that means he needs a Steelers jersey!  Mimi is on that one, and Amy promised a Terrible Toddler Towel at some point.

One Sunday when Justin was at the Grotto I took Riley for a walk to the park.  The swing swallowed him, and this is my favorite picture of him right now.

Look at that pouty face

Three generations of Bears fans.  GO BEARS!

Here is a video of him in his jersey eating Eeyore.  I apprently can't figure out how to get my videos to stand straight up.

And one note totally unrelated to the Bears, we went to a wine party at our friend's house in the city.  Riley is a total ladies man because he loves to fall asleep when women hold him.  He was so good for us this night!
